Homecoming Parade Friday, Sept. 20 - 5 p.m.

Homecoming is this Friday at Piper High School.  As in the past the high school band, floats, special groups, etc. will be lining up in American Heritage.  All participants in the parade will enter from Independence BLVD and travel South on 110th street to wagon trail and line up on 109th street travel up Independence and enter the grade school parking lot at 110th street and travel to the football field.

PLEASE PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY FRIDAY EVENING TO ALLOW ROOM FOR THE PARADE.  THANK YOU!!!

American Heritage Float

Meet you neighbors and bring the family to work on the American Heritage float.  Once again the Whitney's have brought the tram for children and families to ride in the parade.  Join in Thursday evening at the Whitney's on 110th Terr.  about 7 pm to help decorate.  This may be the last year for the float.  If families are not interested, we will not do this next year.

OCTOBERFEST FALL PICNIC               Sunday, October 6th at 1 pm

The fall picnic is a DEFINITE!  Come join the fun.  We will serve hot dogs, play games, offer a hayride, and hold the yearly elections for officers.  Connie Johnson is the chairperson for the picnic and she could use YOUR help.  The association will provide hot dogs, sausages, buns, and condiments.  Bring a covered dish, drinks, and chairs.  We have lots of great new neighbors, and some pretty great old ones.  Come join the fun.  If you can help or have ideas, please contact Connie Johnson at 721-1150
